When will I get my refund?

At School Shoes, we do our utmost to ensure our customers have a positive shopping experience. As part of this, we work hard to process returns as quickly as possible.

Once your return has arrived with us, we aim to issue your refund within 3–5 working days. After the refund has been processed, it should appear in your bank account within approximately 2 working days.
